Further to the minutes of the meeting of 23rd Jan 2018;
Action 3.1 was for an email to RBWM expressing our concern about lack of representation especially for Residents of Windsor Road who were against the development of Area HA18 for Thames Hospice and maybe housing. As of 21 Feb 2018 the email has been sent to RBWM and a meeting is being arranged. See BRAY LAKE HA18 (2) tab.
Action 3.3 - Response from the Planning Casework Unit (PCU) has been that they see no reason to re-open the Thames Hospice case. The email per 3.1 has been copied to the PCU.
Action 3.4 has been done; i.e. advise all that the early 2018 series of Heathrow Consultations are not Government driven - they are the Heathrow organisation's consultations.
Action 5.1 An email was sent to Members asking how any would attend an AGM. Only six said that they would so the AGM is cancelled for 2018.
Action 5.2 Subsequent to the meeting, Committee Members considered whether or not a name change for the Association would be useful so as to encourage people living on the Windsor Road to join the Association. After consideration the majority felt the name should stay as it is, Holyport Residents Association. The geographical boundary has always included Windsor Road. One change made as a consequence of this consideration was that on the Join Us page of this site we have elaborated in identifying the areas covered.
