HRA 2014 Submission to RBWM - Consultation on Draft Local Plan
Having considered the responses to the HRA survey, the following documents were created to substantiate the residents majority view that Green Belt Areas 5C (Littlewick Green Fair Area) and 7A (Lodge Farm) will be shown in RBWM's Local Plan as being unavailable for development.
These documents were submitted to RBWM on Friday 21st March 2014. They can be downloaded by clicking on the buttons to the right. Some of these files are quite large.
Residents who responded that they wanted houses on Areas 5C and/or 7A, and those who wanted a hospital on Area 5C were a far lesser number than those who wanted these areas to remain undeveloped as Green Belt land.
HRA wishes to express its thanks to the Holyport Preservation Society (HPS) for its help, and for commissioning and paying for the two specialist reports on Highways and Transport, and Assessment of Flood Risk. These latter also form part of the separate HPS submission.
As Theresa May has again in March 2014, responding to the RBWM Consultation on their Local Plan, expressed her support for a hospital at J8/9, and as a majority of Holyport Area Residents have said they do not want it, we have written to Theresa May again. The email can be downloaded at "Topics", "Lee Hospital".
